Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use VorteMine. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

VorteMine services may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Must comply with local laws regarding cryptocurrency
• Must not be located in a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security
• Never share your login credentials with third parties

VorteMine provides cloud mining services where hash power is allocated from our mining infrastructure. Mining performance depends on network difficulty, hardware efficiency, and other market factors.

We do not guarantee specific mining returns. Cryptocurrency mining involves inherent risks, and past performance does not indicate future results.

Mining access on VorteMine is free. To participate, you only need to maintain sufficient funds in your wallet balance for active mining activity.

Because mining access is free, no mining service fees are charged. Wallet funding and blockchain network costs may still apply depending on your payment provider.

• Accepted wallet funding methods: BTC, ETH, USDT, credit/debit cards
• No mining activation fee required
• Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes
• Mining remains free while your wallet maintains sufficient balance

You agree not to use VorteMine for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Using stolen payment methods or identities
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or compromise the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Engaging in market manipulation or wash trading
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VorteMine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VorteMine in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to mining services will cease, but any earned balance will remain available for withdrawal for 90 days.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of VorteMine after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia, under the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against VorteMine.
